    Hi

the state of all sensors is displayed on the device itself (X or - under menu diagnostics) or in ProfiLuxControl (checkmarks in the level section)

If the state changes (contact water / no contact) the symbol (X or -) or the checkmark must change.

If it is not changing there are 2 options: Sensor plugged in wrong port, or the worst case: sensor broken - in this case contact us or your retailer

I plugged sensor into profilux plusIIex (top left plug looking from back) level 1-2

can that level 3 plug be used?

do I need to possibly enable the port? why does it show X on display for all levels? even when no sensors are plugged in?

level 3 can be used like 1 and 2

enabling not necessary, is always enabled

for security reasons: not plugged in is same state as contact to water (X) - is correct
