Unable to Update Kh Director Firmware to V1.01

I have download the latest version of GCC and successfully updated everything except my Kh director which fails to transfer the new firmware.

I have the Kh director as the only PAB device connected to my P4 and tried to update it the same way i updated my ionD, dosers and powerbars but still get a failure error. I also tried the emergency update option by powering down the Kh director before i selected update.

Anyone else had similar issues or any ideas ?

Hello,

There is no need to update your KHD and IOND.
Version 1.01 of the khd and 1.01 of the iond are just the addition of hardware support for the industrial version of the iond and khd.

Thanks Gael for the prompt response. I have already updated the IonD to version 1.01 should i leave it or upload version 1 ?

Leave it. The normal (non-industrial) KHDs and IONDs leaving the factory at the moment are delivered with 1.01 which is no problem at all.
