    Default many issues

    good evening first off all i lost wifi connection between profilux4e and connect app wifi light on profilux
    tried to raise a ticket no reply now i cant connect to raise a ticket login not recognised
    ive tried to update profilux on control centre now the wifi light has gone off and wont even connect to the profilux im not sure what has happened i havent tried a full reset as the trouble i had connecting the power bars has put me off this route at present help please

    Do NOT reply by email. We do not receive your answers.
    This is clearly indicated in several places as well as at the end of the email.

    No, I replied to your ticket via the ticket system and you received an e-mail notification informing you that a reply had been added to the ticket system and inviting you to log in to reply.
