Profilux 3.1 EX update failed

Hello. Yesterday i was trying to update firmware on my power bar 5.1 and it did not go through. So now my profilux does not start. I red emergency procedures update via usb cable. I have opened profilux puted jumper on 2 pins, downloaded emergency flash tool etc. Conected with laptop choosed proper com port etc. then i have stacked on:
Load the firmware-file for ProfiLux by clicking onto „Open“, navigate to the firmware-file and select it. The file name of the firmware starts with „ProfiLux3_“ and ends with „.mhx“, e.g. ProfiLux3_V515_GER_ENG.mhx
On GHL website i can not find firmware for profilux 3. I shave seen only Profilux2 firmware plus v5.17
If anybody can tell me where can i find profilux 3 firmware i will be happy ))

Firmware are included with the GHL Control Center software.

It means firmware i have on my computer and i do not have to download from ghl website?

Yes, see screenshot from Gael.
It's always included in GCC installation files.
