PIN requested but never set

Hi there,

I am trying to connect my new Windows laptop to my Profilux 4 with the GCC. I initially set it up on my old laptop through GCC but have been controlling it using the GHL connect app since. I can access the Profilux via a hotspot, via my WiFi network or through the My GHL using the GHL connect app. I am now struggling to get the Profilux to connect to the new laptop via USB. I need to update the firmware on the Profilux 4 and the WiFi module. Is it possible to do this through the Android GHL connect app instead?

I have no idea why the title of this post is about a PIN number! ?? It should be problems connecting Profilux 4 to GCC.
