Problems with Email sending from profilux 4

Hello,
We are using several controllers, both P3 and P4.
In P3 we have no problems with the email notification - by using LAN cable between the router and the P3.
In P4, even after connecting the controller to the wifi network, we can't send emails.
I follow all the steps, but it doesn't work.
Any idea?

Thank you. I follow the exact steps, but it doesn't work.
Again, in P3 everything works fine.

There must be something wrong, open a support ticket as requested so we can see what the problem is.
