Help for updating the wifi module

I have tried to update my wifi module by following the instruction video.
I can access my profilux4 via my app on the iPhone and via myghl.
But I cannot be allowed to access the profilux by typing the ip address ind the browser. It can't make contact? Can I update my wifi module the old way via usb cable and ghl connect? I have tried but firmware update under "extras" but it can't find any installation file even if I find the path where it is stored?

Hello,

To update the wifi module firmware, I suggest you use the emergency web interface.
To do this, go to http://1.2.3.4/update/ (replace 1.2.3.4 with the real local IP address of the ProfiLux, visible on the network page under "Current IP address").
Then log in with admin and Starfish (unless you've changed the password).
Then load the firmware.bin file obtained from this zip file: https://www.aquariumcomputer.com/dow...p-update-beta/
Once this update is complete, I suggest you do the same with the filesystem.bin file included in same zip, to restore the normal web interface.

If this doesn't work, you can reinstall the entire WiFi module via USB using this tool: https://api.myghl.com/wifi-update/
