Default Flow Sensor replacement or cleaning

I've got a couple of 5000l flow sensors that have started to read off now and even with no flow never show as 0. Is there a way to clean the sensor or just replace that sensor part? I've tried a quick clean of the sensor itself removed the flow unit housing but still no luck. Would be annoying to have to replace the lot.

There are no moving parts inside the flow sensor itself. I would check for any obstructions inside the FS and swap the cables between them to see if the problem transfers over or not.

I have 2 and have swapped cables and they both read wrong. One more than the other. But example for both with pump off its still reading over a 1000l/h of flow. I'll try looking inside the sensor pipe but I cleaned the actual sensor part by removing it.
