USB connection - Communications Error ! error Code: 41

Hi !

I have GCC 1.1.4.7 - Profilux 3.1T with 6.49 FW .

I had an old usb (usb2) hub with which the connection worked well.
The USB cable is now directly connected to my computer , i try the usb2 and the usb3 port same, and have the error code 41.

In the device manager has the com port with the latest (2021) FTDI driver.

What could I review or adjust?

Yes, the same com3 .

1: Test another USB cable
2: Remove the USB cable, uninstall the driver, restart the PC, reinstall the driver from (C:\Program Files (x86)\GHLControlCenter_V1140\Driver), restart the PC, connect the Profilux

None of them work.

However, if I put the usb hub back in, it's fine. It does not work with the USB port of the PC.
