Default Green level sensor does not work.

In my Profilux 4 device, two (out of four) water level sensors suddenly stopped working. Both are connected via a splitter to the green water level socket. It looks as if Profilux 4 stopped seeing these two sensors.
What could be the cause of this failure?

    Hello,

Please refer to the Sensor tab on the Levels page to check direct status. Perform port, splitter and sensor inversions to identify exactly what is no longer working. Open a support ticket if necessary.

I do not know how to solve or answer that issue: "Perform port, splitter, and sensor inversions to identify exactly what is no longer working.". I have this picture in my Levels Page:Zrzut ekranu 2023-11-15 225841.png

    Hello,
What you are showing is the level tile on the dashboard.
Go to the Control menu, then Level, then the Sensor tab.
Watch direct stat and check splitters/level ports/sensors.

It seems that all 4 level sensors are OK.
But two of them do not work properly.

Today I have changed the position of the plug from green to purple socket. The green socket is not working. Maybe I have to change the spliter?
