    Default Cannot connect to Doser 2.1 (device malfunctioned message)

    Hi,

    In the past, I always connected to my doser via USB cable and GHL Control Center. However, I received the message "The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned" and I can no longer access the doser.

    I have tried restarting the computer and the doser several times. Tried different computers. Also manually installed the driver.

    In GHL control center I get the message "Could not connect. Do you want to check the settings now?"

    Especially point "6. Troubleshooting: Unable to connect" and try to add a USB hub between the computer and the Doser.
