Profilux won't connect to my wifi network

Profilux won't connect to my wifi network

I can connect to the profilux 4 as a hotspot but it won't connect to my wifi network

what did i try....

my standard wifi settings -- no joy
create a dedicated hotspot -- no joy

is the problem that i use a unifi wifi network? i did set the dedicated hotspot to 2,4 only

any things i can try?

To add, i renamed the wifi name to a name starting with a capital letter.. now it works
