    Default New Doser 2.2 Maxi Stand Alone can not connect to Wi Fi (grey out options)

    Hi,

    I just received my 2 Dosers 2.2 Maxi Stand Alone.

    One can connect to Wi Fi, the other one has grey out options.

    On the 1 with the issue:

    mhGHL ID is 0

    password for Web Server is grey out.

    802.11 is grey out

    I upgrade the device (with the same version, device was updated), nothing change.

    Print screens of both attached.

    Please assist.

    But do in this order:
    Click Blank chip, wait for process to complete, wait 10-15 seconds, then power cycle your GHL device. Proceed to the next step when device is fully booted up.
    Click Reprogram Filesystem, wait for process to complete, wait 10-15 seconds, then power cycle your GHL device. Proceed to the next step when device is fully booted up.
    Click Start, wait for process to complete, wait 10-15 seconds, then power cycle your GHL device. When device is fully booted up, the default hotspot signal (GHL-DEV) will be visible by your PC, Mac, Smartphone and Tablet

    Gaël fixed the issue in minutes on a Saturday noon.

    My Doser is Up & Running!

    It seems like the support of GHL (in case needed) is out of this world.

    (I would prefer not to have test it and have a better out of the box experience - which is the rule with GHL products- but it is GREAT to know that they will be there and resolve the issue so fast).
