    Default ph probe cleaning

I noticed the glass orb tip of the ph probe has a thin layer of calcium precipitate build up. Can I dip the probe in BRS citric acid ? Is it safe to brush the tip with soft brush ? I read elsewhere that the tip should never be touched. If this is the case, what is the best way to clean it ?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

According knowledge base you can clean it with warm water or 50/50 mix of water and white vinegar to remove build-up:
