Ausrufezeichen GHL Maxi doser 2.2 stalling - unusable

    Hello all

After the issue to connect to the WiFi, once done I connected all my tube and went for the calibration. This is when I experienced the repeating stalling of the pump, either the first or second one at any speed.

I thought it would be due to the pump being new and not totally primed. I ran it a few time and still happening with the horrible sound it make.

I took some videos of the issues

The doser is useless like this and it already have the last firmware, what should I do?

    Hello,

I'm sorry you are having this issue with your new Doser.

What is the firmware version of the Doser?
    The firmware must be 1.44

you can find it in the installation path of the GHL ControlCenter like
    C:\Program Files (x86)\GHLControlCenter_V1140\Firmware\PAB-Devices

    Hello,

Unfortunately, at the moment internal and PAB firmwares update can only be done with the GHL Control Center software on Windows.
Try to borrow a laptop from someone to do this update, otherwise please open a support ticket and ask GHL to perform this update but this will require the doser to be returned to GHL.

I have exactly the same issue on firmware 1.44
If operating manually too it sticks but when you release the button the pump then spins free.

I opened a ticket on 6th Dec but not had a reply from support yet.

    Hello Patrick,

This is not normal, I'll take care of escalating your ticket.
Unfortunately this one seems to have been forgotten.
