Ausrufezeichen New Profilux - arrow keys getting stuck

    Hi,

I just got my new Profilux 4 delivered but while trying to calibrate the sensors I just realized the arrow keys get stuck and I can’t access any function. I tried already the calibrate function and the result is worse, seems all the keys now get stuck.

Any suggestions to solve this issue? Is there an option to calibrate the sensors via gcc (not using the Profilux screen)?

    Thanks

    Hi,

using the GHL Connect App: -> Extras -> capacitive keys
you can reset the calibration to standard

Thanks Volker, I already did that but it comes back to the same issue, it’s like it comes back always with calibration parameters that cause the issue :/

So I kept working on this and found that taking the Profilux out of the place I have it installed into my dining area just to troubleshoot and then magically the keys work there, some sort of interference? What do you think is causing this?

This can happen if there is a grounding issue on the outlet where the P4 is connected or if there are other power supplies nearby which are not as efficient.

Thanks, I’ll keep it in mind, I may try by connecting to another outlet and see
