    Default Skimmer turn off due to high water level

    I wanted to know if it was possible to base my skimmer operation based on the water level in the sump. Basically I want the skimmer to turn off if the water level in the sump gets too high so it wont over flow.
    I have a level sensor but dont currently use it for anything.

    Perhaps you can do this
    * Level 2 -> Return Pump
    * Socket function -> Water 2 inverted. Plug the skimmer in this socket
    Level 2 will activate the socket with the function retun pump, so if water touches the sensor, it will activate. That's the reason because you have to invert the function, so as soon as the water level touches the sensor, it will stop the associated socket

    I think it will work ;-)

    I do this with an inverted level sensor. That way it only comes on when the sump is empty.

    Another option.
    I mechanical inverted the floater so I didn't need to invert it in the software

    all you have to do is use it as leakage detection

    in my opinion the best way: use mode "return pump"

    Be careful when doing this, salt can dry and stick the sensor to the top and it will no longer float...
