    Default Remove device from myGHL

    Is it possible to remove a device from myGHL, reason is I have sold my profilux 3.1 and bought a new profilux 4 now I want the old one
    removed from myGHL so the new owner can use it in myGHL as well.

    Hi Harry,

    Yes, you can delete or unassign a GHL device from your myGHL account.

    Log into your account, click EDIT on the device you want to remove, then click DELETE DEVICE.

    That will remove the device from your account and make it possible for the next owner of the P3 to add it to their own account.

    I'm changing from reef aqua to freshwater.
    So i can't use the KH director and the SA doser, it's only saltwater compatible?
    The slave doser for the KHD is in real a SA doser, but set as slave to be controlled by the P4e

    I can't find how to remove it from myGHL.

    When i open myghl.com/GHLConnect on my windows laptop, i get the dashboard.
    How do i go from there, to remove the KHD and doser.

    I'm keeping my P4e and another slave doser for the new set up, that i will expand with other probes.

    Hi Nico,

    just select the app settings from the upper right button and disconnect. You will then land on the My Devices page, where you can select the gear icon and remote it from myGHL.

    thanks for the info.
    My current setup is P4e, KH director with SA doser2.1 (doser is set as slave) and another slave doser 2.1. Also a PAB powerbar 6e.
    everything is working ok

    I included 2 pictures.
    When i click disconnect on the dasboard, i get the my devices page. But there is only A SA doser and the P4e visable?

    Then the new owner has probably already assigned your ProfiLux 3, which is possible by using the combination of myGHL-ID and a freshly generated security key during the myGHL-assign process.
    If there are still issues left, please create a support ticket where you can provide the P3 serialnumber (if still known) and your myGHL-account:
