    Default Error 63

    Hi,

    I have updated Profilux to P3 (eX), I have the latest version 5m and P3 is connected to the router via LAN.

    With the P2 I could connect from the office with profiluxcontrol, but now when trying to connect it gives me error. Error 63

    I connect perfectly from my house.

    Any ideas?

    Hi

    this is due to the longer response time.

    Could you install PLC 5.0.0.9, try it again with it and tell me what the communication monitor reports?

    what does this mean? connection from office now possible?
    How long is the average reponse time shown in the monitor?

    Yes, the connection from the office is correct.

    The average time is 215 ms.
