Big delay between cloud and P4

Hello, I bought a P4 set a few days ago and while it seem to work I have a very slow update of data and graphs in the MyGHL page or GHLConnect app on android.
The data is mostly with a 2-3 hours delay shown in the cloud system.
This is especially annoying since I may get an alarm from the P4, but can se the history only a few hours later.

I have checked the P4, and the data is recoded properly. Downloading and displaying graphs through the PC app shows the data available however only after a few hours it will be available on the web or in the android app (even if I use local connection).

Why is that? Is there an issue with the system or my device? Can I improve this?
