Default AI old module with firmware 5.00m

I tried to update the firmware of my profilux II from 4.08 to 5.00m this past weekend. The firmware update went fine as did the software. However, I was not able to control my AI modules. I selected the old lights option in the special lighting section. The blue lights worked fine, I could dim and brighten them, but the white lights would not come on. When I chose Thunderstorm then they came on, but shut off at the end of the thunderstorm. I ended up switching back to firmware 4.08 and they worked just fine. Any ideas? Thank you!

did you assign the correct illumination channels?

5.00m works with old AI lamps as some customers reported

I tried moving it into different channels. The blue lights would work in different channels, but not the white lights. In 4.08, I have blues in channel 6 and whites in channel 5.

for testing: please assign blue to channel 1 and white to 2
then change the brightness of channels 1 and 2 manually (in ProfiLuxControl "light scenes" or on the device itself "manual illumination")

test it please with old and new protocol

With the older style lamp box checked, the white lights are not controlled. However, I unchecked the box, and now they work fine! I have no idea why it's like that, they're definitely the older style lamps.

my setting is white light is channel 1 and blue light is channel 2 whole time. is that why my AI modules don't react??

Have you activated the function that a lamp of AI is connected under the menu special lamp?
You can assign each illumination channel to the LEDs, it doesn't matter which one you take (if it is 1, 2, 3, 4 etc).
