Default Do I have a problem with level sensor or is it the controller?

The water level sensing feature has stopped working correctly.

When the water level drops below the sensor, nothing happens. If I unplug and then plug back in the controller, the water topoff switch activates and refills the sump until the water level fills to the level sensor and shuts off as it should.
There is no error showing on the level sensor.

Is this a problem with the sensor or the P3 controller?

    Age of the sensor?
How often do you maintain and clean this sensor?

    Sensor is 12 years old.
I keep the sensor clear of debris as needed and clean the sensor face with a toothbrush as needed - not very often.

At 12 years, it's probably time to replace the sensor.
