    Default Renaming Powerbar channels

    Hi folks

I am setting up the E-mail warning function to get the information from Sensors, powerbar etc...

I am using the predefined scripts with the counter functions for that. (example below)

    $$REPS[6][2]Switch: $$$$SWIN[x]$$ : $$SWIS[x]$$
    $$REPE$$

    This results in (message body);
    S 1 : On
    S 2 : On
    S 3 : On
    S 4 : Off
    S 5 : On
    S 6 : Off

I would like to rename the powerbar sockets such that I can see which equipment is attached.
I could, of course, add a separate line for each switch individually,

    Return Pump 1 : $$SWIS[1]$$
but the Profilux web interface only allows for a fixed amount of lines. (which wouldn't be enough)
Is there an option to rename the powerbar 6E sockets? Or another script maybe?

    Thanks in advance

    Ronald

    Hi Ronald,

This article shows you how to include descriptions for each powerbar socket in your email notification:
