Slave Doser on KH director 4 red lights

Received my KH director on Friday and was working fine last night, this morning i look at it and there are 4 red lights static on the manual dose button, of i push them nothing happens, any ideas?

Nobody have any idea? Its a brand new unit, No support given throught the support channels so far, maybe best to just return it.
