Default Doser troubles, no light on top after failed update

    GHL doser 2.1

I dose Alk, calcium and magnesium solutions. I was initially having trouble with pump 2 dosing twice as much as it should, and pump 3 dosing 3 times as much as it should. I had tried calibrating/measuring pumps and adjusting the speed of the pump and still persisted.

I was next going to upgrade firmware and attempt to reset all settings back to factory default and try again. Updating firmware was taking several minutes on step 4 out of 5, so I left not realizing computer shutdown down I think an hour later. I am guessing this interrupted the firmware?

Now I get no light on top of doser, and I cannot connect via USB using multiple COM ports and auto COM. My PC *was* making a noise an hour ago when I plugged in/unplugged the USB, but now I get nothing at all after unplugging the unit and powering it back on. It seems completely dead.

    Help please.

Hi Vinny. Thanks for the reply.

I am not seeing that file under the tools folder. Mine is listed under Cypress USB not FUJITSU

Here is screenshot of what is in that folder.

    That's fine. Choose that folder.
