KH Director titration takes too long Error

I have using KH Director in my aquarium about last six months.but recently it display titration takes too long.

I have already Calibration of the 3 pumps was successful, the pH probe was also calibrated,no bubble in the tube, reagent tube not clogged.but I not sure the Internal circulation (mixing) pump is running?

When test start, it’s show pH=7.9, after add reagent, pH not change.

What should I do?
