moving temp probe from P3 to ex box

Currently I have my temp probe on my P3. I understand that the tempprobe is calibrated in the factory.
Can I set the ADC values on the ex box , without affecting the calibration ?

not the temprobe is calibrated (the temp probes have only very small tolerances) - the calibration is for the measurement electronics and has been done for the ProfiLux temp-input as well as for the Expansion Box input
