No Wifi hotspot

Hi all.

First, my english is not perfect (french is my first langage), so be friendly ...

I Receiver my KH director and standalone doser today. At my first test, i can connect to the wifi hotspot and see my doser and KHD..
I go out for few hours and when i be back.. i cant see the hotspot. i cant connect and Do anything.. (maybe i toutch something in the apps)
I try on pc, with usb and no connection too.

Someone can help me to Do the good thing and find a issue...
Or Tell me how Do a Factory reset..

If no changes were made to the default WiFI settings on the doser, you should be able to see the "GHLDOSER" hotspot after you power cycle (power OFF/ON) the device. If you wish to connect over USB, you may do so by following the steps in this video:
