Authorized GHL reseller?

I'm just about ready to purchase a couple Mitras lights and am trying to decide where to purchase... I want to make sure I am not buying "grey market". Who are the authorized resellers of GHL/Mitras?

I only see a few sites...

www.aquacave.com?
www.marinedepot.com?

Are they both authorized?
