    Default Updating Firmware issues

    Hi
Can anyone tell me if updating the firmware on the Profilux 3 would cause a 6d (non pab) powerbar to stop communicating.
    Thanks

In very rare cases it can happen that the programming of the powerbar gets changed during the update. In such a case, go to the switch channel settings and click on 'program digital powerbar or dosing pump unit...' to reprogram the powerbar.

Thanks for your reply, its not the programming that's changed its the powerbar is not communicating with the Profilux. The orange led is out and the green led is flashing. I was just wondering if the powerbar wasn't compatible with 6.41 ProfiLux firmware.

    Thanks John

    Hi John,

This non-pab powerbar remains compatible for the most current firmware version. As Thilo mentioned, if there is no yellow com light, the powerbar may have to be "programmed" again.
