Default Struggling with KH Director Setup

    Good morning,

I followed the setup video precisely and ran a test. Test came back a little high, but I was okay with that (10 instead of 7). I ran another test later, and got tritation took to long error. I reran again, and this time a tube shot off. The tube between pump and KHD for waste water.

I tried again the next day (the first day of setup / testing took most of the day). Again problems. I recalibrated all the pumps, ran a test and got nearly perfect results. I left it alone to run it's auto test at midnight.

This morning, the sample line between pump and KHD AND the waste line between KHD and pump were both disconnected, with water all across my garage.

What could be happening? How do I fix it?

    Thanks in advance.

Have you not got the nozzles that connect the lines to the dosers? Like in the picture

Oh, dear. How silly am I? I'll add them now and try again.

I've added the connectors - I don't know how I missed that, but I think it wasn't mentioned specifically in the instructions and I'm dumb.

Do I need to recalibrate everything now that it's connected correctly or will those impact calibration?

Also, sorry for multiple posts, but would those really have any impact on the hoses shooting off the line?

No, it will not impact calibration.

I've run 3 tests in a row; all 3 come back with "Titration too slow". Any advice? At least none of the lines popped off so far!
