    Default PH probe calibration weirdness

    Hi everyone,

my previous pH probe is pretty old, so I bought a new one, but calibration is not working as I remember.

    My questions:

-during the calibration process, when probe is in fluid 7, should the sensor show 7 when PL is telling me to switch to fluid 10?
And show 10 when it's asking my if I want to save?

It's not for me (7.28 when asked to switch to fluid 10, and 10.25 when asked if I want to save).
Probe shows 10 and 7 when put into the calibration fluids right after calibration, but is way off the next day (7.27 in 7 and 10.24 in 10, which were the about the numbers it showed "during" the calibration process).

    Any ideas?

Perhaps the calibration fluid is contaminated and needs replacing.

    Thanks!

It's brand new fluid, but who knows if it's good?

Do my measurements indicate a problem with the calibration fluids?

Readings within +/- 0.2 are considered acceptable.

Ok. I've just never had such readings before.
Will try with different calibration fluids, just in case.
