    Default Cleaning of Mitras fixtures

After quite a time of running the fixtures the fans are noisier than they used to be. Is it recommended to open up the fixtures and clean the fans or is it better to clean them from the outside (blowing air, for instance)?

Depending on the extent of the dust inside the fixture, it would probably be more effective to open the fixture and use an can of compressed air to clean out the fans and heatsink fins.
Once you remove the side cover, the top and bottom sheets slide out.

P.S. - Just don't forget to unplug the light first.

Thanks a lot Vinny. Actually I have to dismount the fixtures as now they are in two holding rails. I will not forget unplugging them LOL
