Cant get heater to turn on

Not sure what i am doing wrong!!

I have the socket s9 set up as temperature 1 heater, activity is enabled in the temperature 1 screen.

Only way to get it to turn on is with manual overide

Any ideas

Sorted it, had the alarm on and deactivate control on
