    Default Mitras lightbar 2 salt

I have salt in the mitras.
One is already broken becaus the salt.
Now I see that the New versies are different.
    With a ip67 cap.

I think the other lamp is a matter of time also break.
The old mitras bar 2 is about 3 yeas old.
I don't think it's normal to trow the lamps away after 3 years.

IP67 does not mean the light can be left to have that kind salt build-up.
If the LB2 are left to continuously have salt-buildup, it will cause damage.

You exposed the light to salt and left it to accumulate. If it is left to continue building up without any cleaning, you will cause damage to the light. This is standard maintenance with any lighting exposed to a SW environment. That is as best of an answer as we can give.
