If you could help me resolve this and get on myGHL and connected to the new app that would be wonderful.
You most likely want to use the Doser2 by using its AccessPoint mode and connect to it via your smartphone with GHL Connect. Change this setting on the network configuration page from Infrastructure/Client mode to Accesspoint Mode. Then Save & Disconnect from GCC and let the Doser2 reconfigure.

    Hi,

You are not able to connect because the Wifi settings on the doser has been incorrectly entered.
What you have entered in the "current IP" field in the doser does not match the IP address format of your network. If this is not entered correctly, you will not be able to access the doser through the app which may also be incorrectly setup.

    Do this:
    1. Connect to your doser via USB, go to the SYSTEM settings page, and go into the Wi-Fi settings of the doser
    2. Select "Use following settings" and enter this into each field...
    • IP address: 10.0.0.200
    • Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
    • Default gateway: 10.0.0.1
    • Assuming the Wi-Fi network name and password was entered correctly, nothing else needs to be done in this step.

    3. Click SAVE, then DISCONNECT and wait 1-2 minutes to allow the doser to try and connect to your network.
    4. Open windows command prompt (same screen that showed your network details) and type-in Ping 10.0.0.200 and press ENTER
    • If you get a response like this...that means the doser is now on your network...you can move onto the next step

    Connecting to doser via app:
Since you already have an existing connection made for the doser in the app, you only need to adjust the connection settings.
    1. Press the blue gear icon to the right of "Billy's Doser 2"
    2. In the Host/IP field, type-in 10.0.0.200
    • This is the IP address of the doser which you assigned earlier

    3. Press SAVE, then try to connect to the doser. If you see the "Dashboard" screen, you are connected.
    • This step assumes your phone and/or tablet is already connected to the SAME Wi-Fi network as the doser
