    Default LOST all WIFI & ID info

    Hi.

    I lost all my wifi and even my GHL ID. this started two days ago, the P4 language went to Spanish and lost WIFI.

    I turned off all anti virus etc on the laptop.

    FW version 7.23

    Tried to update the WIFI firmware using every method, got it to get a signal for about 30 seconds then its lost. The WIFI firmware tool did update, but nothing is working, logo lights staying white.


    I can not get into GCC as the GHL ID on the P4 isn't working, saying invalid ID. so I lost my app settings as well.

    If you can give us as much info as possible, one of the dev members can look into it and see what may have happened and when.

    Defiantly lost the GHL in router network. very strange

    I have exactly the same problem.

    Mine happened about a week ago

    Is there anyone that could advise me on what to try?..
