    Default Firmware update

    I have upgated GCC to the latest firmware. Was also able to update my doser. I cannot connect to them through WiFi now. Also I use apple products and have been unable to find the update for the app.

    Did you check your settings on the control centre? I’m an iOS user for my devices and had the same thing. Went to the communications tab and it had reset to the default setting. Entered the correct info and all done.
    I don’t see any graphs yet though :/

    Thanks I will check that out. I noticed that it had changed my GHL settings. Were you able to update the app for iOS ? I could not find it in the App Store

    You would think there would be a dedicated app update but as per their Facebook post, all you need is the new control centre and then load up the new firmware.

    Ok so it seems doing the update and firmware has wiped all my settings.how can I use saved settings with the new firmware ? Also does everything need to be recalibrated? And when i was able to access the director I could not get it to take a measurement now. Also the date of the last measurement was 1969. I had finally got this running sorta okay and with the latest updates i am back to a non functioning, non accessible unit. Sorry for the rant but this is exhausting

    Hi Mike,

    before any firmware update backup your settings and also sensor settings via GHL Control Center.
    After the update has been done, you can restore the data and calibration data from your sensors, too.
