Profilux hangs up help asap please !!!

!! I HAVE A BIG PROBLEM PLEASE HELP ASAP !!

I have a profi II plus, which used to have 4081 fware working on it.
I tried to upgrade to the 500i2beta over the LAN card/pc network
During the download from the pc to the profi, the profi hung up, it now displays only an empty field, even after taking the power off
The aquarium lights are locked now, and the heating doesnt work any more.

I beleive the solution is to flash the profi ?
I beleive i have to use the rs232 special profi cable which i do have in possesion
I believe i have to use the flash programme FMC16LX
Is this correct?

Which settings do i use in the flash programme ?
Do i have to open up the profi?
What is the correct sequence of actions i have to carry out to make the profi work again?

(I did look for info in my manual and didn't see this info because i had the wrong manual somehow.)

I had to get an old pc to use the com1 port, my pc and laptop didnt even have the right connector on the back anymore !
