    Default ION Director - what OTHER values would you like to measure?

    It is clear that we want to measure Calcium and Magnesium.

    But our ION Director can do more. We are still in the design and development process and still can take customer wishes into account, as far as technically possible, of course.

    Therefore I would like to start a survery: Please chose up to 3 measured values, which you would like to see in addition to Ca and Mg.

    Phosphate and nitrate are by far the winners to add to cal and mag. A fifth would just be icing and not really needed. The majority of hobbyists only test the big 5 regularly. I feel that adding a fifth will just unnecessarily complicate and frustrate users as it could justifiably be anything but impossible to satisfy the mob. Well that is unless you can test kh with it as well, but that would eliminate the director and I am pretty sure you cant test kh electrochemically

    Bit late to this but I'd be wishing for po4, No3 & Potassium. Although as above just the first two in addition to the Ca & Mg would be great

    For fresh water: nitrate, potassium, and iron.

    @Matthias
    Is it technically possible for the IOND sensor to ever be able to detect Phosphates / Phosphorus?
    I've read in a few places where you market IOND saying that other ions could be detected in the future.

    If it could have been included, you would have done so, so i guess it's either a case of poor accuracy or not possible at all?

    NO3 and PO4 would be the key ones for me.

    But having an Ammonia alarm would be great as well.
