DALI expansion card

DALI has got 2 wires for controlling. (called DA and DB) Each EVG get the same 2 wires from the card. So maybe it is better to collect all EVG Datalines to a wire nut (DA and DB on seperate ones) inside your lamp and get out of the lamp with only 2 wires to the dali card. On this way you dont have such a mess with all the cables.
But, your way will work also.

Okey. but how can it know witch EVG it should dimm if you connect 5 evg to the same DADB

Each Dali EVG will get an unique adress in a Dali bus system. This happends automatik.
There will be an manual that comes with the Dali Card that will explain how to connect and how it will work.

each ballast has a unique address - ProfiLux can assign an illumination channel to each address
-> just wire all ballasts in parallel - this is the main advantage of DALI

Can the profilux Plus II EX hold this?
- The dali expansion
- Wlan expansion
- Conductivity expansion

I think it can because i have 3 expansion slots.
