Default erratic behavior of P4 tactile screen

    Dear GHL,

For some reason, it becomes very difficult to use the touch screen of the P4 ... I have just made an update to firmware 7,18 but still the behavior is arbitrary (some keys work one time out of 3-4)

My P4 is a little more than 1 years old. Is there anything to do ?

    Thanks

Can't you calibrate the buttons in GHL ControlCenter?

Thanks a lot for your answers Pit !

I didn't knew this calibration existed ! I tried it and it works better now.

However, I honestly do not understand what I'm supposed to do while the procedure is running (I tried the "Use Own calibration") .... The P4 enters in a funny mode where he enters various menus without any action from myself .... I simply typed all keys as requested in the 1st message while he was going crazy ....

Is that a normal behavior ?

    no

The calibration and further information can be found in the PL4 programming manual.

    regards Pit

Sorry, was in the wrong post.

    Hello,

Steps for calibrating your P4 keys can be seen here:

This can also be done via the app.
