Default Error: titration takes too long

I have been getting the "titration takes too long" error a lot the last few days. I have checked the calibration on the pumps and it matches still and no changes were needed. I found where someone was suggested to contact support, which I have, but I have not heard back at this point. There is also a loud snap every time I check the reagent pump or when the kh monitor measuring is started.

    Thank you.

I did check the FAQ and followed everything as well as suggestions on this forum and other places.

After opening the cover to check the motor I ended up clicking to drain the container. I noticed the waste was not draining. I checked all my hoses and then started tracing the internal hoses. I found that the vent hose had a plastic pellet in it and it was not allowing air back into the container for it to drain. Basically it wasnt draining the container before the next test.

Not sure what or why this was in there, but after it was removed it is testing accurately to my test kits.
