Default Air temperature & humidity probe question

    Hi,

I just installed an air temperature and humidity card and probe. As you can see below, apparently it's 0 degrees in my house with 1% humidity! I'm guessing something isn't right...

    Any ideas?

    Ian.

    2 ideas:
    - installed in slot 0 - not possible for eX - move to another slot
    - no communication to sensor - is sensor plugged in correctly? is LED on PLM-Humi-card blinking?

The card is in slot 1. Slot 0 has the LAN card in it and slot 2 is empty.
I have unplugged and re-inserted the probe several times. There is a red LED on the card and it is blinking.

It was brand new on Friday. It hasn't been anywhere near water.

The UK distributor replaced the sensor today and this has solved the problem.

but I wonder why the sensor made trouble - each sensor is tested here before shipment

More important - your system is now completely working, great that the problem was solved so fast

Well I guess Steve will be sending it back to you - if you do find out what the problem is I would be interested to know. I am 100% certain it was nothing that I did - I simply opened the packet and connected it to the computer!
