    Default Can add my Profilux 4 to MyGHL

    Hi, I can't seem to get my Profilux to connect to my GHL.

    it's attached to my Wifi no problem and has a static ip with DNS set up etc etc.

    the firmware is up to date (7.15) and the wifi module firmware is on 6851.

    i have the flashing white light (connecting to myghl i think) on the profilux itsself and when i try to add the device using the myGHL id it immediately says "The device could not be added" and tells me to make sure the firmware is up to date.

    have i missed something ?

    Hello Dan,

    In your P4 WiFi settings, what do you have entered into the DNS field?

    Try 8.8.8.8, click SAVE, disconnect, then try adding the P4 to your myGHL account.

    Also, make sure myGHL is enabled in BOTH the app and GHL Control Center.

    Hi Vinny,

    i'm already set to 8.8.8.8 - the google nameservers and no joy.

    I've enabled it in GCC, where is it in the app ?

    1. Open app and select the gear icon (top-right)
    2. Select ACTIVE and make sure myGHL login info is entered.
    3. Press SAVE and restart app.
    4. Add device to myGHL using the app or web browser.

    Hi Vinny,

    Did that and no change. I'm completely out of ideas, I know the network and router are all fine, when i had my doser setup without the P4 that was able to connect.

    anything else I can try ?

    Hi Matthias & Vinny,

    This morning i looked with fresh eyes and realised the gateway was not correct. I was able to access the device internaly but it could not connect outside my network.

    I've updated it and it is now connected
