    Hello,

this could be a communication error reading the probe.
Does the probe work directly on ProfiLux 4?

    Hi there,

MatthiasF is asking if you tried this same probe on the conductivitiy port of the ProfiLux controller itself.

This will help us determine if the issue is with the probe or the EXB2.

    Yes I have done that.
I have no alarm on the profilux.
I have als change te prob from the profilux to the expension box and it stays the same. The expension box gives alarm.

Can you please post screenshots of your Conductivity probe settings from the EXB2?

What is the firmware version running on both the ProfiLux and EXB2?

He having the same exact issue I am having that I posted about.

It does not matter if I place the sensor off my P4 onto the expansion Box, or use a new salinity probe the expansion box will alarm. His ADC2 values almost match mine.

    sensor2_issue.jpg

No matter what sensor I place even a new one places the ADC Value over 1000. If I place the one off the expansion box back onto the P4 it shows a ADC value of 462.

This happened after I did the upgrade. Did you do the upgrade and this started to happen?

    Hello,

try setting the measurement range again for the Cond.S probe, which is installed on ExBox2.
Goto System->PAB-ExBox2-configuration and set it to Cond.F and back to Cond.S to apply this setting.

Recalibrate and you should be good.
