GHL Magnet-Valve and water

can i instead of CO2, use the GHL magnet valve in combination with
fresh water or any other non toxid fluids?

GHL CO2 Magnet Valve it's only for using with CO2, nothing else. Each magnet valve it's designed by it's function, so, in this case it's only permitted to use it with CO2. If you want to cut for example water, then you will have to use a magent valve specially designed to cut water
