Wifi firmware update

Hi all,
As the access through the myghl cloud is no more possible, I have tried to update the wifi firmware. The current I have is 6311 which I understand is too old (the minimum requirement is to have the 6512 version).
I have tried to proceed, as it is explained, using the "Wifi Firmware Update Tool".
After refreshing the port list, the COM7 has been identified and recognized by the tool. I have pressed "start" and immediately a window has open, saying that a non managed exception has occurred and that the access to the COM7 port has been denied. If I press "continue", the P4 switch to "transparent mode" but nothing more happen.
Can you please help me ?

Hello,

select COM7 and press identify device. This should show PL4 in the textbox.
Then press start, which opens the command prompt and starting the flash procedure.

Can you execute the file esptool.exe in the 'bin'-subdirectory without seeing this error?

If you click on the devicelist dropdown, there are most likely more COM-ports listed.
You must find out which one is connected to your ProfiLux4.

After selecting the right port and clicking 'Identify GHL device...', PL4 must be shown and you can proceed.

No, COM7 is the right one. I have already checked the device list and there isn't other option.

Make also sure GHL Control Center is not connected to ProfiLux4. The comport must be exclusively accessible by the WiFi-Update-Tool.
