Default Problem to set right chiller temp

    Hello,
I read several time the user manual, but i can't figure out how to properly set nominal value, cooling difference and hysteresis.
I want my chiller start 28,4 and stop 27,5.
At moment i set my nominal value to 27,5 , cooling difference 0, and hysteresis 1,0c
why my temperature swing between 28,4 and 28,1 ...... while the ON temperature is right according to manual ( 27,5+ 5/6*1+0)=28,4 , my OFF temperature is wrong because i expect 27,5 according to my nominal value setting: 27,5 .
    Can anyone explain me ....

Hysteresis is what controls the reaction of your temperature control.

Even though nominal value is set to 27.5C, because you have hysteresis at 1.0C (which is very high by the way), the heater OFF reaction will not be until 28.5C.
Set the hysteresis to something much smaller, 0.5.

In order for the chiller to turn ON at 28.4C, you will need to set the temperature settings to the following:

    Nominal value: 27.5C
    Hysteresis: 0.5C (Example)
    Cooling difference: 0.48C

    27.5 + (5/6 * 0.5) + 0.48 = 28.4C chiller activation point

What I can do in order to reduce the on-off cycle of the chiller ? Should cooling difference higher value will solve the issue?
