Have the charts been reporting correct measurement times now?

No they are still 2-3 hours behind.
I opened a support ticket, it appears there are more things to take into consideration like buffering etc. There has been an update to GHL Connect but I'm not really seeing any improvement, I am checking that through myghl.com/GHLConnect and going onto the charts (I think I'm checking the correct thing).

Hi Vinny, there are a lot of little inconsistencies on the graph.

They are some times accurate on time but not all the time and timing is not consistent between probes, all probes measurement different timing and with different errors on each chart.

Example actually is 10:08 and my graph are set to 30mn interval.

    TEMP:
    06:06PM
    06:36PM
    07:06PM
    08:06PM (1hour instead of 30mn)
    08:36PM
    09:06PM
?? No graph for the 09:36 at 10:08PM

    PH:
    06:06PM (1hour instead of 30mn)
    07:06PM (1hour instead of 30mn)
    08:06PM (1hour instead of 30mn)
    09:06PM (1hour instead of 30mn)
    09:36PM

    Redox:
    06:06PM
    06:36PM
    07:06PM
    07:36PM
    08:06PM
    08:36PM
    09:06PM
    09:36PM
Missing 10:06PM at the time when writing this post 10:10PM

    COND:
    06:06PM (1hour instead of 30mn)
    07:06PM (1hour instead of 30mn)
    08:06PM (1hour instead of 30mn)
    09:06PM (1hour instead of 30mn)
    nothing more after 09:06PM

I also found discrepancies on graphs reading points from MyGHL and local IP.
They do not show the same time reading points and have also different missing points.

    Running with latest firmware...

    Hello,

the measurement values are only transmitted when they differ from the previous value or at least once per hour.
This is not uncommon for temperature readings.

The timepoints refer to your ProfiLux4's local time and should be the same on myGHL and webinterface.
We adjusted this in the current version 1.0.7 and notifiy if the difference between local time and device time is bigger than 30 minutes.

The measurement data which is stored on ProfiLux4 can take up to 2-3 hours until it is completely transmitted to the myGHL-server.
We will improve this in a future firmware release.

Ok but then why do I have for example reading points going down on values by half-hour interval but then at the last point it is showing by hour (My Profilux measurement period is set to 30mn) and this happens many times when checking on all timepoints.

All is reading ok in 30mn interval then it happen to have a reading interval of 1h during two set points.

When I look actually at the latest graph time points, in both MyGHL and Webinterface they are not the same they defer by 1 minute interval but it can happen sometimes to defer by some minutes.
Time shows the exact same value on all the dashbords and GCC.

I have also another question about the graph timepoints, when looking at the timepoints even by 1 hour interval they show on different timing :
    Example: 05:06PM, 06:06PM, 07:06PM, or 05:22PM, 06:22PM, 07:22PM

Is there any way to make the measurement period so that the timepoints would match the graph day time numbers ?
    example: 05:00PM, 06:00PM, 07:00PM, 08:00PM or by half-hour 05:30PM, 06:30PM, 07:30PM

    - the missing point has not changed and was Ph 8.22 at 10:36PM.

    - which version of GHL Connect do you use on your computers? You can read the version string in app-menu->Support&Info

OK, but then how do you explain for exemple on the Condx graph which there were no change between values of 3 timepoints of 30mn and those are well shown on the graph by 30mn periods and for some reason some times they don't.

I am under 1.0.7 on both myGhl and GhL Connect, Profilux is running under 7.16

There are three values stored for conductance (mS, PSU, kg/l) and they have different decimal places.
You should see a difference, if you set to mS.
So, in fact it differed from the last measurement point.

Changing the display unit value doesn't seems to change anything.
I still have the timepoints reading by 30mn as set in Profilux with no fluctution between timepoints but sometime I dont have the 30mn but have 1 hour instead.
